1、负责客户月度绩效打分分析及确保采取相关措施持续提升客户满意度；

Analyze Monthly Customer's Score Cards and ensure relevant actions are taken to continiously improve the Customer Satisfaction

2、负责及时协调处理在产品生产中的问题， 保证产品质量， 满足甚至超越客户要求；

Coordination of problem-solving of process and products timely, in oder to ensure the product quality to meet even exceed customer requirements

3、按计划协助过程和产品审核并跟踪改进实施， 积极使用质量工具促进质量方面的改进；

Assisting to implement process & product audit and track corrective actions accordingly; Improving quality control in terms of proactive using of quality tools

4、负责客户对量产生产过程和产品的审核以及协调相应的问题解决

Preparation and Koordination of process- & product approval by customer in the massproduction

5、传递客户的质量问题，同时负责对客户提出的质量方面问题的回应和解答，并加快对客户质量方面的反映以便减少客户抱怨；

Responsible for communication and coordination with other departments, fast and efficient to solve the quality problem of the process and customer side, achieve customer quality target to improve customer satisfaction;

6、完成月度、季度、年度过程及客户现场质量问题的统计汇总工作；

Complete the monthly, quarterly and annual process statistics and summary of customer on-site quality problems

7、负责区域内驻厂人员的日常管理和培训；

Responsible for trainning all the people on-site( custumer side)

8、更新量产质量检验和控制文件；

Update quality inspection and control documentation in the massproduction

9、协助实施过程统计和分析， 持续改进产品质量；

Support the implementation of process statistics and analysis, in order to improve product quality contineously

10、负责D零件室的管控，监控相关程序文件的有效实施，管理D零件室,并将延迟或不符合的情况升级至管理层；

Responsible for the D-parts room controls, monitoring the effective implementation of the relevant procedure files and management  D-parts room; escalate to Management in case of delays and / or non-canformities

11、负责IPPM和CPPM的持续降低；

Responsible for contineoulsly decreasing IPPM and CPPM

12、制定内部产品审核计划，并监督内部产品审核的完成情况；

Make the internal product audit plan, and supervise the progress of product audit

13、完成上级交办的其他工作。

Finish the other works assgned by the leader.

岗位要求 / Job Requirements：

1、本科及以上学历/汽车、机械工程等相关专业

Bachelor Degree or above with major in auto/mechnical or related

2、掌握质量管理方法和统计分析工具，熟悉生产过程控制方法

Quality control management methods and statistical analysis tools / Controlplan

3、1年以上相关工作经验

1+ys related working experience;

4、熟悉Microsoft Word、Excel、Powerpoint, CAD

Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel,Powerpoint, CAD

5、良好的部门协调能力、问题分析和解决能力，以及较强的人员管理能力。做事严谨，工作积极主动、责任心和执行力强，抗压能力强，具有良好的团队合作精神。

Good coordination,communication skills, ability to analyze and solve problems. Hard,rigorous and proactive work, responsible and strong execution, compression ability with a good team spirit.
