概况：

该职位要求负责零售团队业务质量的检查及反欺诈侦测工作，能够通过质检和反欺诈发现问题、提出解决改善方案，并保证方案的最终落地实施效果。

岗位职责：

1. 负责检查零售团队的日常工作质量，制定并更新各类检查/反馈机制
2. 撰写质检报告，针对质检中发现的问题提供指导性意见，并提出相应的工作改进措施和建议
3. 负责对日常质检工作的监督与管理
4. 与其他部门同事合作，加强信用管理、降低风险及信贷损失，收集其他的必要文件信息，为授信决策提供必要的依据，及合作处理欺诈合同及高风险逾期合同
5. 负责零售团队的反欺诈培训工作
6. 上司安排的其它工作职责

岗位要求：

1. 金融或相关专业本科或以上学位
2. 3-4年银行及金融机构相关工作经验，有反欺诈或终审岗位工作经验者优先
3. 熟悉一般的信用贷款审批流程，包括反欺诈业务、贷后催收等。有熟练的电话核实谈判技巧，能够判别申请贷款客户资料的真实性，熟练掌握分析银行流水以及人行征信报告相关技巧
4. 逻辑思维能力强，具有一定的分析判断能力，善于创新
5. 优秀的沟通和团队合作能力
6. 有较强的客户服务意识

Summary: Required to control the quality and find fraud of credit business, find the problem and propose the improve scheme and solutions and ensure the implementation effect of the scheme.

Job Responsibilities

1. Check the quality of credit regular work and formulate/ update variety of inspection and feedback policy.
2. Edit QC report and advance guiding opinions towards the problems, propose the relative improvement measures
3. Monitor and manage regular QC work
4. Cross department cooperation for enhance credit management/ decrease risk and credit loss, collect other necessary information and provide foundation for credit decision and deal with fraud contracts and high delinquency risk contracts cooperatively
5. Anti-fraud training
6. Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

1.   Bachelor or above, major in economics or relevant fields.

2.   Preferential considering the candidate with 3-4 years working experience in bank or financial institutions, and experience of anti-fraud and senior credit officer.

3.   Familiar with normal credit loan approval process, including anti-fraud and collection business. Skilled in telephone verification techniques, able to distinguish authenticity of customer information, master the skill of analyze bank statements and PBOC report.

4.   Logical thinking, strong analysis and innovative capability.

5.   Good communication skills and team spirit of cooperation. 

6.   Strong sense of customer service.
