• Manage purchase order process to supplier and convert to delivery back to internal customer
• Manage day-to-day supplier delivery performance
• Provide supply chain support for product innovation, including material risk buy, material preparation, capacity validation, arrange finish goods shipment to ensure  right arrival time at each store location
• Work with PMM team to manage product phase out process on last time buy, buffer stock, OBS booking and final stock disposition
• Check supplier capacity at regular base to ensure it meet demand requirement, and raise proposal if additional capacity required to install
• Regular review demand/forecast trend and work with global commercial demand team to identify market requirement and transfer to proper supply plan, both short term and long term wise
• Responsible for planning related master data is properly maintained in system
• Work with purchasing team to manage supplier relationship and follow up improvement action where necessary

• Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain, business, operation or related;
• More than 5years’ working experience in supply chain area, focusing on supply planning, S&OP planning;
• Skillful on Microsoft office softwares;
• Skillful SAP user;
• Fluent in English communications;
• Strong team player and be able to closely work with cross functions;
• Solution oriented.
