职位描述
RESPONSIBILITY:
- To take care of HR operation tasks, such as onboarding, probation, contract renewal and termination, etc
- To handle data entry and payroll processing, etc in SAP system and generate regular HR reporting
- To take care of employment related tasks, such as shanghai PR and HuKou, social insurance
- To arrange employee benefits via various vendors
- To participate and support other HR activities, which are not limited by the above
REQUIREMENT:
- At least 2 to 3 years work experience in HR including payroll, HR system SAP, etc
- Bachelor degree, Good English in written and communication
- Desire to learn and responsible
- Onboard date: ASAP
- Working Time: Monday to Friday, working time 8:30-17:00
- Working Scope: Payroll & HR operation, but not limited to other HR related tasks
