The IRF Program and Change Management Specialist will work for APAC SCM Inter-Regional Flow, to: 

1. Assure the RFQ package received from FCA affiliate plants correctly and completely

a. Ensure the volume provided is reasonable

b. Ensure the part number received is correct

c. Verify that the part(s) are eligible to be managed through the Global IRF Network

2. Manage the production parts quotation to the FCA affiliate plants

a. Coordinate with Purchasing and SCM team to get the parts purchase price in an accurate and timely manner 

b. Coordinate with Finance team to get the parts selling price and share with the global FCA affiliate plants

c. Collect the price confirmation from FCA affiliate plants 

3. Readiness setup for the new parts flow from APAC IRF to the global plants

a. Ensure the contract is properly signed with customer plants 

b. Ensure the correct purchase requisition (Item Card) is properly received in the SAP after price confirmation.

c. Perform the SAP functions to ensure the parts flow are properly set up in APAC region, including item card approval, Route set up, master data maintenance, transcoding and purchase order and selling price readiness. 

d. Ensure the first batch shipment is delivered on time.

4. Pre-Production order follow up

a. Follow up with customer plants for the Pre-production orders, from tool try out to PS phase.

b. Follow up with APAC parts suppliers to ensure the parts are delivered by the required timing.

5. Prepare the Price variance report (PVR)

a. Collect and receive the variation of purchase price of the parts in APAC IRF scope from purchasing 

b. Collaborate with Operations team to calculate the overpaid value of the parts.

c. Provide the PVR reports to the finance team to adjust the invoice value and recover the savings.

6. Process and system improvements initiatives

a. Identify the room for improvement based on the current process

b. Identify opportunities for system enhancement to improve the efficiency of IRF program practice. 

7. Change Management

a. Interface and interact with global counterparties.

b. Collect the parts change information and work with parts suppliers to collect required cost and timing information 

c. Follow up with Change notice progress to ensure all impacted vehicle programs or customers are notified.

d. Manage the old parts phase out and new parts phase in process to ensure there is no gap for the parts delivery or obsolescence.

e. Align the final accumulative delivery quantity of the old level parts with the plant MRP order quantity

i. Minimum one years’ experience in supply chain management 

ii. Language: fluent English – writing and speaking, Italian is desirable.

iii. Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, Data management, Business intelligence tool is a plus.

iv. Social skills and competences: Proactive, Open mind for intercultural experience, team working, problem solving, analytical skills, communication skills, negotiation & conflict management 

v. Education: Bachelor Degree; Master’s Degree is desirable. Engineering background is preferable.
