Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 完成目标市场的年度销售目标，执行公司营销策略并对目标市场开拓；

Aachieve yearly sales for target market, implement the marketing strategy and explore the target market;

2. 提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息；

Provide market trends, demand changes, competitors and customer feedback exact information;

3. 负责市场的建设及业务开展工作；

Responsible for the construction of the market and business development;

4. 负责所管辖区域内的业务的发展和具体实施情况,完成年度销售目标；

Be in charge of the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales goals in defined area；

5. 向客户提供售前服务和应用咨询服务；

Provide pre-sale services and applications consulting services to customers;

6. 培养、建立和维护客户关系；

Cultivate, build and maintain relationships with customers;

7. 收集市场和竞争对手信息，以便于采取合适的销售策略；

Collect Information on the market and competitions, in order to help develop sales strategy;

8. 协调公司内部资源，提高客户满意度；

Coordinate the company resource to achieve customer satisfaction;

9. 通过销售服务能敏锐地感知客户的潜在需求，并转化为销售机会。

Keenly sense the potential demand by sales services to customers, and convert it into the sales opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. 专注于半导体行业超过5年，了解熟悉终端用户；

    Work for the simi markets for more than 5 years, understand these related target customers;

2. 超过5年的丰富的市场营销、客户开发经验；

    Rich experience in marketing and customer development more than 5 years;;

3. 具有优秀的营销技巧和市场嗅觉；

    Have the excellent marketing techniques and market insight;

4. 优秀的市场拓展、项目协调、谈判能力；

    Excellent market development, project coordination and negotiation ability;

5. 优秀的谈判和沟通表达技巧，敏锐的市场嗅觉，能从客户处得到有效信息，并发掘潜力客户；

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, keen market sense, able to get effective information from   customers, and develop potential customers;

Qualifications, Training, and Experience:

1. 本科及以上学历；

    Bachelor degree or above;

2. 优秀的英语听说读写能力。

    Excellent English skill in listening, speaking, reading and writing
