Primary Objectives:
To design embeded firmware for datacenter entironment and engergy monitor product.

Major Area of Accountability:

Design, verification, specification, and qualification of datacenter entironment and engergy monitor product firmware.
Using firmware development and debug tools for development of products.
Maintain aggressive product development schedules.
Maintain released product firmware upgrade
Work as part of a team.
Work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education/ Experience:

1. Bachelor or master degree of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,
Electronics Engineering or other relevant engineering department.
2. Strong background in embedded firmware
3. C and assembly language programming
4. Low level device drivers and interrupt processing
5. Experience with communications protocols -preferably HART and/or Foundation Fieldbus
6. Familiarity with Real-Time Operating System concepts and application
7. Experience with very low power systems is a plus
8. Sufficient understanding of electronics to contribute to hardware/software tradeoff decisions
9. Ability to develop high quality software features, use cases, non-functional requirements, etc. from stakeholder requests/marketing requirements of variable quality
10. Skill in all phases of software/firmware design from developing high level architecture through detailed design, coding, debug, and test
11. Experience with iterative or agile processes is a plus
12. Domain knowledge of industrial process applications, measurements and control would be a benefit
