岗位职责:

风险管理工作Risk management work：
？ 编制“公司风险管理年度计划”、风险管理业绩指标，向风险管理委员会报告。
Prepare annual risk management plan and risk management performance indicators, and report to risk management committee.
？ 对接总部风险管理要求，对各部门落实风险管理委员会决策部署和工作安排情况进行跟踪。对公司风险登记表进行汇总、跟踪。重点关注公司重大风险的归口部门的评估结果和分析报告以及重大风险关键监控指标和分解指标的运行情况。
To follow up the risk management requirements of the headquarters and follow up the implementation of the risk management committee's decision and work arrangement. Summarize and track the company's risk registration form. Focus on the evaluation results and analysis reports of the centralized departments of major risks of the company, as well as the operation of key monitoring indicators and decomposition indicators of major risks.
？ 汇总分析各部门报送的风险信息，整理重大风险监控信息，对重大风险应对策略的执行情况和效果进行监督检查；根据风险分析结果，提出风险管理策略调整建议。每季度按总部的要求编制相应的风险管理报告。
Collect and analyze the risk information submitted by each department, sort out the major risk monitoring information, supervise and inspect the implementation and effect of major risk response strategies; According to the result of risk analysis, put forward the suggestion of risk management strategy adjustment. Prepare quarterly risk management report as required by headquarter.
？ 组织风险管理培训和协助风险管理文化培育工作。

？ 协助风险管理委员会定期召开会议等。
Assist risk management committee to hold regular meetings. etc.
内部控制相关工作Internal control related work：
？ 对照内部控制规范、总部内控手册以及公司风险评估结果，进行差距分析，并根据分析结果完善相关的管理控制程序和控制点。
Carry out gap analysis according to internal control specifications, headquarters internal control manual and company risk assessment results, and improve related management control procedures and control points according to the analysis results.
？ 协助进行文件发布前的审核。组织对IMCS管理控制程序的年度回顾和更新。
Assist in pre-release review of documents. Organize annual review and update of IMCS management control procedures.
？ 根据更新后的管理控制程序，更新内部控制矩阵。
Update the internal control matrix according to the updated management control procedure.
？ 组织IMCS管理控制程序的部门自查和复查工作。根据IMCS管理控制程序检查结果，对公司内部控制运行情况进行评价，并完成年度控制工作报告。
Organize the annual CSA, recheck of IMCS management and control procedures. According to the inspection results of IMCS management control program, evaluate the internal control operation of the company, and complete the annual control work report.
及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Timely finish other tasks assigned by superior manager.

任职资格:

？ 本科及以上学历，化学工程或管理专业，3年以上化工企业生产经验。
Bachelor Degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering and management with 5 or more years’ working experience in a chemical manufacturing facility.
？ 熟练掌握内部控制体系、风险管理、ISO9001、ISO14001 ISO45001和ISO50001。
Skillfully grasp the internal control system, risk management, ISO9001, ISO14001 ISO45001 and ISO50001.
？ 良好的人际交往和影响力，善于根据需要，与各部门积极沟通。
Good interpersonal and influencing skills, Proficient at active face to face communications skills at an operational and each department as required.
？ 能承受压力，按时完成任务。
Able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time.
？ 良好的道德操守、自律性强。
