*This position is based in Shenzhen.

Responsibilities:

-Assistant manage mold production plan and analyzes mold production schedules and suggests potential improvements (restructuring);

协助管理模具，并分析生产计划是否合理以及建议潜在的改进（重组）;

-Regularly visit mold supplier to check whether the mold production schedule is consistent with their report.

定期拜访模具工厂核实现场模具生产进度是否与供应商周报一致;

-Makes sure the mold supplier follows the project action plans (e.g., changes) defined by the Tooling Project Manager. Attend weekly meeting and report mold status and next action plan

确保模具供应商遵循模具项目经理定义的项目行动计划（例如，变更）;每周参加例会，汇报模具状态及下步行动计划.

-Helps resolve any non-conformities in collaboration with the mold supplier;

与模具供应商合作，帮助解决所有不符合项;

-Checks that the packaging chosen by the supplier is suitable;

检查供应商选择的包装是否合适;

-Analyzes the quality of tool production and assembly, checks the application of standards, asks the mold supplier to make the necessary corrections, and oversees their implementation;

分析工具生产和装配的质量，检查标准的应用，要求模具供应商进行必要的更正，并监督其实施;

-After validation of the injection parameters by the Tooling Project Manager during the first test, the Tooling Resident ensures compliance with these parameters and with product and tool change requests for subsequent tests;

-Contributes to supplier assessments, in collaboration with the Tooling Project Manager and tool purchaser (regular audits).

Requirement:

-5 years experiences with junior college degree.

专科及以上学历， 五年工作经验.

-Able to write, read and speak English.

具有英语读写听说能力.

-Familiar with mold, has 3 years+ mold development experience.

熟悉模具，有模具新项目3年以上经验.

-Familiar with automotive industry.
