岗位职责

1、高层管理职位，协助决策层制定公司发展战略，负责其功能领域内短期及长期的公司决策和战略，对公司中长期目标的达成产生重要影响；

2、协助企业总裁/总经理制定企业发展规划和经营计划，并负责协调部署各职能部门落实执行；

3、汇集企业内部信息和市场、竞争情况等外部信息，进行综合分析，协调企业经营发展；

4、协助总裁/总经理对公司各项业务工作进行指导、指挥、监督、管理，并执行各项规程、工作指令；

5、召集主持总经理办公会议，检查、督促和协调各部门的工作进展,协调和指导各部门经理的工作；

6、负责企业日常事务与公共事务的处理与协调。



任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，男女不限；

2、八年以上相关工作经验，能适应经常出差或驻外工作；

3、有较强的组织领导能力、沟通和管理能力。
