1.Team member and team leader development; Champion safety within assigned area expense claims/reimbursement

2.Best practice sharing with global plant counterparts.

3.Confirm product quality and Team lead checks and responsible that standardized work is followed. Responsible for Takt time compliance. Report and track daily production results.

4.Coordinating function. Provide shift to shift coordination with other GL's. Coordinate major maintenance with maintenance staff. Coordinate support from support groups. Coordinate process trials. Coordinate work up- and down stream.

5.Monthly production planning (manpower to meet takt). Team member and team leader intermittent and daily absences (in coorperation with/delegated to team leaders. Manpower and vacation scheduling.

6.Initiate/suggest cost reduction activities (7 deadly wastes). Initiate/participate in Kaizen projects. 

Responsible for communication of cell process changes. Link between tecnical departments, Production Preparation and other service department and team leads. 

7.Maintain and enhance employee morale and motivation by acting as a mentor for team leads.

8.Long term strategic planning in conjunction with Operations manager and local tecnical manager.

Job Requirement :

>At least 2-4 years working experience with Operations.

>Project Management Methods

>Quality Management Methods

>Good speaking ,writing and understanding in English  

>MS Office (User)

>Lean Tools and Methodology

>Energy sector Business Understanding

>Extensive professional/practical experience highly recommended. Operational results needed.
