Typical Duties:

 

• Order process, including order confirmation, delivery arrangement, order tracing, etc.
• 订单处理，包括确认订单、安排运输、跟踪订单等；
• Product inquiry, including quotation, application, stock availability, lead time, etc.
• 产品查询，包括报价、应用、可用库存、提前期等；
• Complaint settlement, including product quality and delivery complaints, etc.
• 处理投诉，包括产品质量问题、运输问题等；
• Team work with other Dept. (Logistics Dept., Finance Dept., Quality Dept., Product Dept., etc.) and hold good relationships with customers.
• 与其他部门（物流部、财务部、质量部、产品部等）合作，与客户保持建立良好关系；
• Prepare and check the reimbursement sheets for the sales managers.
• 为销售经理准备并核对报销单；
• Book airplane tickets and check business trip requests for the sales managers.
• 为销售经理订机票并检查出差申请；
• Update sales reports and send them to Regional Sales Managers once a week.
• 每周更新销售报告并发送给区域销售经理。

 

Requirements:

 

• University or college degree

• Good command of MS Office and U8 system.
• More than 1-year customer service working experience, automotive industry background is plus.
