5.协助领导编写，修改和推行实施各类人事的规章制度；

6.办理保险及住房公积金业务，负责考勤，员工休假的管理；

7.帮助建立员工关系，组织公司团建活动

8.协助领导完成其他事项

职位要求：

1、全日制统招大专及以上学历；

2、熟练操作Excel、有制作报表经验优先；

3、主观能动性强、沟通协调能力强。
