SUMMARY OF JOB:


To design and verify firmware and software for datacenter entironment and engergy monitor product.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



Design, verification and qualification of datacenter entironment and engergy monitor product firmware and software
Using firmware software development and rule check tools for development of products.
Maintain aggressive product development schedules.
Maintain released product firmware and software upgrade
Work as part of a team.
Work with minimal supervision.

EDUCATION - MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic/Automation Engineering or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED:

3+ years direct experience with firmware or software design.
Demonstrated experience with microcontroller and micro-processor programming
Experience with ANSI C.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 - REQUIRED:


Demonstrated knowledge of embeded control middleware, including, Bootloader, TCP/IP Stack, embeded file system, GUI and etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of board or device level communication protocol, including USB, Ethernet, SPI, IIC, RS485, CAN and etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of electronic control system principle
Knowledge of local and remote monitoring of electro-mechanical control systems.
Good practice of coding compliant with MISTRA-C rules
Creative problems-solving and diagnostic/troubleshooting abilities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 2 - DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:


Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of robust design
Knowledge of firmware software quality control

TRAVEL:

Domestic and international travel as needed

Basic communication and technical writing ability in English
