Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for 'Company' including (subsidiaries and branches) Bank payment, Subledgers, GL book keeping, Statutory reporting to stock holders, Tax filing, Account reconciliations.

 

1. Prepare journal vouchers and make bank payment with accurate and in time recording and reconciliation, ensure compliant with company policies.

2. Prepare monthly closing check list and general ledger entries.  

3. Prepare tax filing for all “company” , other tax reporting

4. Prepare statutory reports required by stock holders and external local government.

5. Handle bank matters, include receipts, payments and registration;

6. Assist in external and internal audit;

7. Establish working relationship with internal departments

8. Assist manager for other project and analysis.

 

Requirement:

1. Bachelor above with major in Finance & Accounting, CPA/ACCA is preferred

2. + 5 yrs working experience, including 2 years GL experience

3. Familiar with PRC taxation, accounting, and regulations

4. Good knowledge of ERP application to financial accounting is preferred

5. On time, Accurate, Responsible and Reliable

6. Self-motivated and patient with good coordination skill

7. Good communication & negotiation
