Ecommerce Sr. Specialist

Key Job Accountabilities
- Responsible for the business growth and fulfillment of the brand’s Wechat Mall/Xiaohongshu Flagship Store;
- Managing the daily operation in Wechat Mall/Xiaohongshu Flagship Store;
- Build up Joint-business plan with Wechat Mall/Xiaohongshu and negotiate for good exposure resources to achieve the sales target;
- Efficient Communication with the Global team and Brand Marketing and able to manage the content of the Wechat Mall/Xiaohongshu Flagship Store sites to match the brand image at the same time have e-commerce usability;
- Effectively work with the marketing agency to work on the Monthly campaign to build up brand awareness in Wechat Mall/Xiaohongshu with achieving the sales target;
- Understand internet marketing , like SEM and Affiliate to work with Media buying agency to bring traffic to the site and work with Digital Manager to leverage the traffic from digital campaign ;
- Understand basic email Marketing knowledge;
- Manage product inventory to ensure online stock to sustain business growth;
- Manage TP to deliver the perfect operation in Wechat Mall/Xiaohongshu
Key Job Requirements
- 3-5 years with solid experience in Ecommerce, cross-board platform is a must.
- Experience in healthcare products/cosmetics industry will be a plus
- Could understand spoken or written English
- Understand Digital Marketing
- Bachelor Degree at least
- Have passion for Internet/Ecommerce
