Job Description Summary:
Provide multi-lingual first level IT support for raised IT Incidents or IT Service requests as part of the Global IT Service Desk for Momentive. Be the main face of IT Service provided to the organization and drive continuous IT Service delivery improvements.
Job Description:
· Utilization of existing IT Service Management tools – create, close, assign tickets and make sure appropriate category selected in iSupport system.
· Respond incoming requests which via telephone, e-mail, and customer walk-ins, and in person to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues.
· Uses strong analytical skills to diagnose problems (hardware, software, network, SAP, operating systems, Microsoft office, VPN connectivity etc.) and determines appropriate solutions.
· Prioritize and schedule problems. Escalate problem (when required) to the appropriately functional IT teams · Provide the feedback positively and assist service desk manager & other IT teams to initial IT related projects and IT service process management.
· Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills, untiring in finding solution
Language Requirement : Mandarin, English(CET 6 or equivalent level), Japanese (JLPT N1) is a plus.
