ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR

SRK Bearing Industries ( Hong Kong )., Ltd. Shanghai Representative Office (located at 4th floor, 627 Huahai Middle Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai, 2 minute walk from Line 13 Hua Hai Middle road station, one staion from Nanjing road west station) is a fast-growing bearing export company. We ship goods to 25 countries, from China to Europe/United States, Africa and India. The company operates as a trading company buying finished product from factories in Shandong. We also have Global financial investment business and a blog.

Responsibilities:

To handle the following main functions;

1. Handle Office administrative duties like local bill payments, maintaining and recording expenses.

2. Assist the director in all translation issues as required

3. Be able to sometimes travel to government offices and factories to help with completing paperwork if required.

4. Translating English documents into Chinese, to send to factories.

5. Participation in trade fairs and conferences.

6. Purchasing and collecting bearing prices online and offline

7. Communicating with the factories from start to finish for customers orders. This includes raising purchase orders to the factories, following up all approvals, visiting factories for in-line inspection and sometimes for final inspection with or without company QC.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), associate degree preferred.

Excellent organizational skills, priorities, and comfort of working independently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in computer skills and general office equipment

Experience :

Minimum 1 year experience is required but fresh graduates would also be considered if they have passed Level 3 English certificate.

 We are a family owned, 10 year old, company incorporated in Hongkong and with multi million United States Dollars in sales. Our current and focus markets are USA, Canada, South America, Spain, Italy, Scandinavian countries and east Europe. Our traditional market is India and Bangladesh. We have offices in Ningbo and a production base in Shandong. Now we have relocated our Ningbo office to Shanghai. In Shanghai we are focusing on developing a import export trading office for Bearings focusing mostly on Sales, Documentation and Finance.
