a) Be responsible for  WB process guide line or design rule definition.

b) Take responsibility for leading new process technology development on WB process.

c) Be responsible for assembly yield enhancement and WB process optimization

d) Drive the new material, equipment and tools vendors’ certification and quality control.

e) Capability development for subordinates by internal and external training.   

f)  Give team members a clear direction, coaching, motivating and driving at their work.

g) Good team work, coordinate and communicate with other cross-function team such as

equipment, production ,quality, RD department.

h) Be responsible for risk assessment and make decision

任职要求：

Above college education background, advanced degree preferred, major in Electrical

Mechanical structure,.

b) Experience:    经验                 

  Above 10 years experience on WB assembly, Process engineering team management

  experience or in like roles

c) Competency and Skills:  能力和技能

  Experience with Assembly WB package assembly Process is necessary;

  Excellent knowledge on package assembly process, package assembly equipment, package qualification method

  Good knowledge on data analysis & process optimization

  Good Communication skill, team work spirit and leadership
