1. 机械设备行业3-4年工作经验。

2. 年龄20~35岁，高中以上学历。

3. 持有效期内的电工/焊工操作证。

4. 能读懂技术图纸、工艺文件。

5. 能熟练操作设备，正确使用工具，完成施工作业。

6. 了解材料特性，焊接特点、具备在施焊过程中控制焊接变形的知识。

7. 了解材料机械性能，熟悉焊接件变形的机理和如何控制焊接变形的方法，具有矫正焊接件变形的能力。

8. 熟悉使用设备的性能、特点、操作规程和维护保养知识。

9. 可以接受出差。

工作职责：

1. 准备：焊机、焊材、焊接工具备齐。

2. 操作前认真识图，了解工艺要求。

3. 正确放置工件，使用设备、工具，按照焊接规程，完成施焊作业。

4. 修复焊接焊缝缺陷。检查复核焊后尺寸和焊接焊缝检查，清理、清洁焊缝。

5. 完成领导布置的相关工作。

7. 每日作业完毕，清理设备、工具，完成设备日常维护保养工作，打扫干净现场。

上班地址：嘉定区六里中心路128弄6号厂房；

工作时间：每周六天；

包吃包住，高温补贴，通讯补贴，绩效奖金，加班补贴，五险一金，意外保险。
