  Key Responsibilities

  

1. Check the application and invoice of the  expenses and book in the accurate account;

2. Deal with the employee reimbursement ;

3. Handle accrue and prepayment expenses of the expense;

4. Record the remittance amount and cash collection in system;

5. Classify and post invoice;

6. Customer rebate allocation;

7. Voucher sorting & binding;

8. Others as per request

 

Requirements:

1）Bachelor degree is preferred

2）1 year above experience related to Accounting or Finance is preferred

3）Positive personality, Good communication skill in English and Mandarin, A good team worker

4）Excel /PPT/ERP system skill is preferred
