Responsibilities:

* Overall responsible for leading complex and high-profile finance system project (OTC process related) independently through planning and controlled execution, mainly non-cash sales related projects

？ Lead, motivate project team
？ Manage timeline and resources
？ Ensure “Smart” briefing & delivery of results
？ Raise issues, offer solutions
？ Lead problem solving & communication
？ Clarify decision making

* Participate in sales initiative projects to ensure Finance P&S are properly designed and can be properly executed, as key project team members, or as representation of FE team:

？ Drive day-to-day delivery of project
？ Follow work breakdown structure and key milestones
？ Prioritize work  in order to meet  key milestones
？ Alert Project  Leader to any issues or blockers early on
？ Provide expert input as required

* Build and update the profile of sales related system/ interface/data to facilitate finance process

Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Finance, Certification of CICPA, ACCA is preferred
？ Minimum 8 years’ experience in Finance related work (Finance System / Process Improvement /Auditing/Internal Control. etc.); Knowledge on OTC(Order to Cash) Process in restaurant industry will be a plus
？ Understanding of IT systems in order to assess impact on FIN processes and FIN systems
？ Knowledge on emerging software skills (RPA) is highly preferred
？ Solid project management skills for complex and high-profile projects
？ Ability to achieve breakthrough results in productivity while maintaining strong controls and customer service levels
？ Strong networking skills to keep updated on the new business developments and innovations that may impact Finance Processes and Systems
？ Willingness to take initiative and identify process improvement opportunities, provide insightful and creative recommendations, and followed by controlled/organized execution
？ Strong business sense, analytical and problem solving skills
？ Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese, good command of documentation and presentation skills
