Baijaisheng (BJS) is a trading house in Shanghai wholly invested by a British company who as a professional distributor in UK more than ten years, is specialized in sourcing its own brands hand & power tools mostly from China to EU. Now BJS opened this vacancy is looking for proper applicants to act as the full time role.

Job Description
· Reports to Quality Manager, has no subordinator
· Daily work at designing audit report format, paying to onsite factory audits & reporting based on
requests, which factories mainly site in Zhejiang / Jiangsu
· Products line at various DIY power tools
· Auditing scopes at checking these manufactories' current operation process also if they meet regulation
or standards on QMS like ISO9000-2000, RoHS conditions, CSR (corporation social responsibility), any
other need from biz.
· Basic requirements of report at brief also exact wording express per format, clear images and/or any
necessary cert, doc, papers as attached evidence.
· Contact ways at emailing, calling for meeting colleagues in UK the requests.
· Improving track at following up CAP from vendors, re-audit and making CAR
· Provide comments or info when mgmt ask for vendor assessment hierarchy, join in supplier selection
also backup for pre-shipment inspection & reporting

Personal Requirements
· Good science / tech degree, must be university background
· Must be a qualified auditor certified by authorized institutes, such as ISO, QS etc.
· Familiar with ISO, CSR, QMS/TQM std & China manufacturers' operation process
· At least 3~5 years of experience in factory auditing
· Preferred if worked for power tools, incl. the 3rd party of audit & goods inspection
· Ability to write report also speak in English as well as have fine communication
