1、负责企业整体质量体系战略的拟定，配合企业发展战略的需要全面负责企业的质量体系管理工作；

2、审核质量控制的政策、流程、制度及操作规范，督促、检查质量政策制度的贯彻执行；

3、指导公司质量管理体系的建设，组织人员进行审核以保证其有效控制运行；

4、负责各种质量问题、质量技术的分析及改进； 定期向管理层报告产品质量状况，推动重大质量问题的解决；

5、建立和优化本部门工作流程，提高工作效率；

6、负责质量团队人才梯队建设和培养；

任职要求：

1、熟悉生产及供应链流程 ；机械、工程或医学类相关专业优先。

2、熟悉医疗器械法律法规、医疗器械生产质量管理规范、ISO13485等相关认证标准，掌握质检、生产、质保等方面知识等，熟悉工厂运作，了解工艺流程 ；

3、5年以上医疗器械相关产品质量管理工作经验。
