 主要工作内容：  

1. 协助经理日常部门运作。
2. 有职责帮助所属你区域的新员工和领班培训。
3. 有职责安排和计划你所属区域特殊要求的工作。
4. 对高标准和清洁度的细节负责，维护所属的区域。
5. 给你区域内的员工布置工作，并且不断的检查和监督他们的工作。
6. 监督好员工的言行举止。
7. 检查员工的工作业绩，把看到的报告到办公室里。
8. 对你所属区域进行仔细的巡逻，检查清洁度和维修是否做到位。

                                    

基本要求:

1. 完全清楚客房服务和职能，公寓和相关区域的清洁和维护。
2. 完全清楚所属区域的内部控制系统和操作程序。
3. 清楚客房部和部门各个区域的职能。
4. 清楚相关机器设备、清洁工具和清洁剂的操作，运用和带来的效果。
5. 有能力安排员工的班次并按值勤表上来执行。
