RESPONSIBILITIES

• Simulation of stator and rotor copper windings and sheet metal packages;
• Simulating the electromagnetic performance, thermal and electric analysis,

    · Specify the winding process in the sense of production-oriented design,

    · Designing and simulation of winding isolation,

   ·  simulation of electro magnetics circuits and selecting of magnets,

• electromagnetic system design and simulation of electrical machines,
• using FEM tools like ANSYS, COMSOL Multiphysics, HyperWorks or other,
• requirement management for electric motor,
• technical discussion with customer about technical specification,
• the engineer has to support the E-motor system integration,
• set up of efficiency and performance simulation,
• support of sales and marketing activities,
• using MS Office tools like Word, EXCEL, Outlook,
• set up time schedules for own activities with EXCELMS Project would be good.
  

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

·         Bachelor degree in engineering field, a minimum of 5 years’ electrical machine design and electromagnetic system analysis experience in an automotive or similar engineering environment,

·         Excellent knowledge of the electrical, mechanical, magnetic systems and electric drive trains,

·         Experiences in designing and simulation of copper windings,

·         Knowledge of electromagnetic performance, thermal and electric analysis,

• Experienced user of FEM tools like ANSYS, COMSOL Multiphysics, HyperWorks or other,

·         process technology knowledge for manufacturing copper windings,

·         Distinctive knowledge in isolation technologies,

·         Extensive knowledge in simulation of electromagnets,

·         Fluency in Chinese and English, German is a plus.
