岗位职责

1. Response for the full technical support on new projects according to the new project Ramp-up Procedure:

负责指定的新项目的产品开发：

a. According to the original technical requirements, to work out a plan for new project and take actions; Or according to the initial BOM given by the project feasibility report, carry out the lab investigation (through internal and/or outside lab) in order to optimize the BOM to be process adaptable and properties compliant with the customer requirements.

根据项目前期提供的技术要求确定配方开发方案, 或根据项目可行性报告给出的初始配方，在实验室（内部及外部）对配方的性能及工艺性进行验证和调整，以达到客户的技术要求;

b. Arrange the engineering sample production， follow up the actual sample production and followed tests, ensure the sample meet the requirement of designation.

根据项目计划筹划安排样品的制造，跟进样品的生产和后期测试，确保样品各项指标达到设计目标;

c. Make sure sample delivered to customer on time, follow up the trial molding on customer site, provide possible and necessary support during the trial molding; Understand the issues happened during the trial molding and later tests; Set up action plan with customer in order to improve and fix the issues.

提供样品给客户试模，跟进试模现场并为客户成功试模提供***可能的协助，了试模过程的问题并与客户达成一致同意的后继改进措施。

d. Make improved sample material according to the trial molding status and the improvement action plan. Follow up the trial molding as stated in item c. Follow c and d till the engineering sample was validated by customer.

根据试模结果及改进计划来改进样品配方及工艺, 如c中所述跟进改进后的样品材料的试模。改进样品直至样品性能及质量得到客户认可。

e. Follow the product production and its usage status during the pilot run stages (pp1 to pp5); Make necessary adjustment on the process and/or BOM to better adapt to the design and customer’s requirements.

跟进试产阶段（Pilot run stages:pp1 to pp5）配方的生产及其在客户的使用状况; 对于一些不适用的情况，在需要调整配方或工艺时及时做出调整，以便达到客户要求。

f. React on customer’s technical requirements change on time; Make risk analysis and formula/process adjustment accordingly in order to meet customer’s requirements.

对于项目过程中客户提出的技术变更要求及时做出响应，并做相应的产品风险评估和配方调整，以及时满足客户要求。

g. Coordinate with project manager to fulfill each stage review of Ramp-up.

配合项目经理完成Ramp-up每个阶段的review，给予技术支持(各阶段的项目技术信息，结果反馈等)。

2. Routinely technical support on assigned customers/OEMs. Including:

负责各自被指定的客户或者OEM所使用的IDI产品的常规性技术支持。包括：

a. Answer questions from customers/OEMs during their usage of our products.

解答客户在产品使用过程中对产品性能方面的相关疑问

b. Help customers/OEMs to fix their technical issues during their production, such like molding issues

帮助客户解决其在产品使用过程中遇到的技术性问题：如成型问题

c. Solve the technical issues which haven’t been detected out or happened during the ramp-up stage （follow the modification procedure）.

解决产品在使用过程中发现的在项目阶段没有预料到或者没有出现过的技术问题 (遵照产品改进程序)

d. Lead the VAVE/productivity project of assigned customers/OEMs.

出于客户对降低产品成本的需要，在保证满足客户对产品性能要求的基础上，对产品进行成本改进项目

3. Provide technical support when necessary during the process of dealing with NCR. It includes:

必要时，为质量部在处理产品质量投诉的工作提供技术上的支持，包括：

a. Help to identify if it is a real quality issue and the root causing.

质量问题性质的鉴别

b. Provide the solution to fix the quality issue

4. Support the Material Engineer on the strategic raw materials validation. It includes:

在技术上支持材料工程师因公司战略上原材料切换的材料验证，包括：

a. Based on his own experience and knowledge on specific product involved, provide professional advice on the risk analysis and preventive actions

基于对该产品性能及质量的历史经验及理解，对涉及其中的原材替换提供合理的风险分析和控制建议

b. Follow-up the customer usage status of product which is replaced by the new material

跟进替换材料在客户处的使用情况，并反馈给材料工程师

c. Provide the technical support to fix the technical issues when doing the raw material replacement

为材料替换过程遇到的问题提供技术支持

5. Take in charge of 5S for the area belongs in office

负责自身办公区域的5S

6. Take part in KAIZEN actively

为公司运营的持续改进提出合理化建议

7. Undertake other tasks assigned by Technical manager.

完成技术经理交待的其他技任务。

SKILLS

技能要求

1. Understand well the chemistry and functions of raw materials, SMC/BMC process and quality control system. Good knowledge and experience on SMC/BMC formula & process design and modification.

SMC/BMC材料特性及作用，SMC/BMC工艺流程及质量控制系统。在SMC/BMC配方及工艺设计方面良好的知识及经验。

2. Familiar with the SMC/BMC molding process. Able to give customer instruction on molding process to improve the molding effect.

SMC/BMC成型工艺，并能根据情况指导客户调整成型工艺以改进成型效果。

3. Understand well the new project ramp-up process and modification process. Able to implement those processes properly during the projecting.

熟悉并掌握公司关于新项目及改进项目的技术流程。 能够将这些流程正确地应用到项目工作中。

QUALIFICATION

任职资格

1. Education: college or above，major of polymers or composites related.

大学及以上文化程度，高分子或复合材料相关专业。

2. 3 years or above of experience in the composites industry

3年及以上复合材料相关行业工作经验

3. Mandarin and English speaking/reading/write

中英文听说读写能力

4. Good health and capable on frequent business traveling
