As a Project Management Specialist, you will be part of the Motion (M) Business and Motors and Generators Business Line (BL), based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Motion (M) Business offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

You will be the first and consistent point of contact for customers and business partners of the IEC LV Motors Product Group/ Motors and Generators Business Line (BL)/ Motion (M) Business in Shanghai /China country/NAS region. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will help solve diverse customer inquiries in support of the wider team.

- Overlook daily project progress to ensure all the projects are stable in schedule according to sales order.
- Responsible of providing the ordered product, documentation and services to the customer or sales on time.
- Coordinate with related resources or dept. to solve project issues.
- Responsible for the arrangement of customer visit.
- Give sales team support to coordinate with factory.
- Monitor daily Revenue, FG for customer and project.
- Ensure to realize each month‘s/year’s revenue target.

- Bachelor or above, major in International Economics and Trading, Business Management, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering related.
- 3+ years of working experience of PM / Customer Support for manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work globally within different cultures.
- Motivational, organizing and planning skills, goal-oriented, Capability to work independently and analytical.
- Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin.
