Job Responsibilities 

  

 

  

• Provide general legal advice in China with quality and standard to reduce the risks of dSPACE China entities, including specifically contract review, corporate matters, real estate and litigations;

• Draft, review and issue legal documents such as contracts, commercial terms, confidentiality[MB1]  agreements and other legal documents and provide legal comments.

• Support to implement and monitor corporate compliance procedures and handle the relevant matters or investigations in relation to compliance;

• Disputes solving support;

• Develop and deliver internal legal or compliance trainings to organization;

• Coordinate with external lawyers and review their service content and relevant invoices;

• Arrange and maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the company

              

 

  

Qualifications:

  

• Qualified PRC lawyer with 3-5 years of experience in general legal advice (corporate law, contracts, labor law, and intellectual property law).

• Good teamwork spirit required.

• Good English skill required.

• Working languages are English and Chinese.

• Experience in another MNC required.

• Experience in contract law, intellectual property law, right of sale,     employment law Internet of Things, cybersecurity law,[MB4] [XK5]  automotive business.

• Foreign education or experience with the automotive industry will be a plus.
