Job Description

1 Lead a sales team to manage overall daily retail shop operations;

2 Develop the overall strategies and initiative for daily shop operations and management;

3 Ensure sales target is achieved Ensure smooth execution of services taken places at shop and maintain the brand image at shop level

4 Manage, motivate and provide supervision to staff at shop for excellent product presentation and customer service at all times;

5 Handle customers' enquiry on company and / or product information in professional quality.

Requirements

1 college degree or above in Management or related discipline Solid experience in retail operations and managerial

2 Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (a must)

3 Pro-active, self-motivated, creative, detailed-oriented team player

4 Proficiency in MS applications including Power Point, Word and Excel

5 position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry Demonstrate a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers;

6 Be aggressive to achieve the sales target Pleasant personality, energetic, proactive, responsible and service oriented;
