Responsibilities:

• Perform tests on connected car cloud system level and backend integration level for iCup respective products. Will be required to validate certain features both system level and also E2E level together with R&D test team.

• Capable to debug and root cause issues at connected car cloud or backend side.

• Creation of test cases based on user stories and global inputs

• Functional, performance, stability, user experience, user acceptance testing and regression testing of new and existing product enhancements utilizing bench top testers, in-vehicles and ride and drives

• Oversee and to ensure that smoke testing, scalability testing, stress testing are completed in the required timelines

• Have the ability to assess the severity and priority of defects and issues written by the developing supplier and their delegates

• Defect creation, clarification, logging, retesting, and verification producing clear, accurate and reproducible defect assessments from which a Developer Engineer can resolve defects

• Produce daily metrics of applications tested which include pass/fail, new tickets and updated tickets

  Technical - Primary Skills Required

• Good program management skills

• Good level technical knowledge in end-to-end telematics products (including in-car embedded components).

• Good understanding of integration of wireless carrier technologies (4G, LTE), Wi-Fi, Call Centers, SIM management and processes.

• Ability to analyze users stories and/use cases/requirements.

• Good experience in Functional- System and System Integration Tests(involving a lot of different systems and applications)

• Experience in all levels/types of testing.

• Test Strategizing and Test Planning

• Ability to create test artefacts - test cases, test scripts and test result reports

• Good experience in API (Application Program Interface) Testing.

• Develops and maintains Quality Assurance Documentation.

• Prior experience in automotive domain.

• Experience in Atlassian tools Jira, Confluence.

  Non –Technical Skills Required

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Automobile Engineering

• 10+ years of professional experience in connected vehicle for Auto OEM

• Perfect and fluent English in both spoken and written

• Good problem solving skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders/cross functional teams
