Change management

Create/update/optimize BOM according to customer/R&D/product requirements;

Interfacing with/between R&D and production plant;

Ensure implementation on established dead line of changes required by customer/R&D;

Create/update production basic data (ultrasonic welding, vision camera control);

Provide production customer drawing according to defined change level;

Create overview and analyze files to describe change packages impact;

Continuous process improvement in any K&S location;

Process technique

Create / update production assembly board drawings;

Create / update drawing for equipment holders;

Process flow optimization related to equipment;

Create equipment capacity studies;

Incorporate board optimizations (continuous improvement / Q-actions);

Ergonomic studies & improvements of assembly boards and other equip;

Coordinate the test & release of new equipment;

Carry out change management and change meetings, documentation change log;

Offer support (online and on site ) for production plants;

Keep the direct dialog with Development regarding the Customer Drawing, 3D Views/Parts, Production and/or Technical requests;

Create general & project-specific work instructions;

Time & motion

Create/update documentation for production operators;

Calculate assembly times for production flow;

Define modularized production concept;

Create general & project-specific work instructions;

Process flow optimizations related to work steps;

Ensure the capacity calculations availability (workers, equipment , boards);

Production lines balancing;

Keep the direct dialog with Development regarding PR Number, harness configurations, customer module structure optimization;

Requirements:

· University Degree (Electrical / Electromechanical/ Mechanical);

· CAD design knowledge;

· Proficiency in English language (listening, speaking, writing); German language knowledge represents an advantage.

· PC Knowledge (MS Office with main focus on advanced Excel);

· Availability for business trips to the Kromberg & Schubert production locations (Changchun, Jiangmen, Jiaxing, and Europe).

科伯舒特（苏州）汽车科技有限公司是Kromberg & Schubert在中国的独资公司，位于著名的德企之乡-江苏省太仓市， 2018年3月成立，并将于同年10月份正式投产。其主要产品为特种线缆，依托工业4.0标准，一期计划年产6000km特种汽车用高压导线。
另外，其下设的工程技术部 ，即现科诺世（上海）汽车科技有限公司也将于2018年10月份搬迁至江苏省太仓市，并与将与科伯舒特（苏州）汽车科技有限公司合并。其作为Kromberg & Schubert在华研发中心，将配套实验室，立足太仓服务整个亚太区，依托Kromberg & Schubert全球资源，为客户及工厂提供强大的技术支持。
