1. Familiar with engineering design work flow, packing work flow and production material flow.

2.  Familiar with using PDM, BOM, Sovelia and other system. Be able to find out drawing and materials from PDM and other systems.  Be able to using BAAN system to make item labels and packing lists. Handle ecn items about packing.

熟悉PDM, BOM, Sovelia 等系统的使用，能够通过PDM系统查询图纸及物料，会使用BAAN 系统制作标签与清单，处理ECN涉及包装的事项。

3. Responsible for packing design (transportation support and packing box) and responsible for packing material application making.

负责包装设计（金属运输架和木质包装箱）并申购包装所需的物料。

4. Make the packing plan for projects. Report schedule of packing design and packing operation. Input workhours in baan.

制定项目的包装计划，汇报项目包装设计与包装作业进度，在BAAN系统里汇报工时。

5.  Compile with lifting, handling, packing, protecting, loading and binding instructions.

编写起吊搬运、包装防护、装载与固定指导文件。

6. Provide training for packing subcontractors and site supervising for packing operation. Optimize packing design according to feedback of outside departments.

培训包装外包商，现场指导监督包装作业，接收外部反馈优化包装设计。

7. Familiar with container loading. Draw loading distribution and draft loading plan according to cargos information.

熟悉集装箱装载，根据货物信息绘制集装箱装载图及初步装载计划。 

8. Familiar with cost calculating methods of packing and painting. Calculate project cost of packing and painting. Calculate container and trailer securing cost.

熟悉油漆包装成本计算方法，计算项目包装油漆成本。计算集装箱和卡车固定成本。

9. Assist warehouse, preassembly workshop and 3rd packing company to do material sorting and packing. Assist project department and logistic department to do well with shipping job. Handle with site feedbacks about packing issues.

协助仓库、装配车间与外协包装公司做好物料整理与装箱；协助项目、物流部门做好发运工作；处理现场关于包装等问题的反馈工作。

10. Cooperate with other units of Valmet group, Share packing data, and keep packing consistency of each unit.

与维美德集团其他单位合作，分享包装数据，不同单位保持包装的一致性。

11. Make innovations and improvement for packing process. Optimize packing flow. Improve packing efficiency and loading efficiency. Reduce logistics cost and packing cost.

创新与改进包装工艺，优化包装流程，提高包装效率与装载效率，降低物流包装成本。

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, in packaging structures or materials major is preferred.

本科以上学历，包装或材料相关专业为佳。

2. 3 years working experience, in Industry or manufactory company is preferred.

3年的工作经验，有工业或制造业企业经验者为佳。

3. Have knowledge of packaging design and documentation.

具备包装设计专业知识，懂得设计纸箱包装、地台板和木箱设计。

4. Familiar with software such as AutoCAD and CATIA and technical drawings rules. 熟练使用设计软件，如：AUTOCAD、CATIA 熟悉制图标准。

5. Creative and self-motivated and able to work effectively

6. Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
