1. 负责公司招聘工作，维护和拓展招聘渠道；

2. 办理员工入职及转正、调动、离职、员工信息完善等基础事务工作； 　　

3. 协助实施员工培训、绩效管理、企业文化建设等板块工作；

4. 协助完善人事工作流及规章制度、提供人事板块相关数据报表；

5. 配合完成相关行政工作及部门其他相关事宜。 

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源、行政管理、工商管理等相关专业优先；

2. 3-5年左右相关人事工作经验，24-28岁；

3. 熟悉人事事务工作的开展，对招聘、员工关系、企业文化等板块有实际操作经历；

4. 熟练使用各类办公软件，具备一定文笔基础；

5. 具备良好思维逻辑、分析和解决问题的能力；

6. 具备人事工作敏感度，有较强的沟通协调能力；

7. 良好的框架思维、逻辑、理解和分析能力；

8. 性格开朗，自驱型，承受一定的工作压力。
