1、熟悉项目定位、业态规划、品牌组合、铺位分割、动线设计的原理和方法；

2、负责区域内商业项目的市场研究、前期定位、招商方案、租金水平、招商运营策划工作；

3、负责对已入驻项目的商家进行品质提升和业态结构的合理性调整；

4、负责相关项目的重点品类业态的招商工作；

5、负责制定项目招商方案和各阶段招商工作计划；

6、负责招商具体执行工作，对各项业务的洽谈、签约工作进行管理；

7、负责商家资源的开发、维护和优化工作；

8、负责对招商合同的管理、建档、查询；负责组织建设（制订）招商管理制度等系列标准文件；

任职资格:

1、大专及以上学历，房地产经营、市场营销等相关专业；

2、3年以上购物中心/商业街/百货行业/办公园区的招商管理工作经验，有临街商铺招商经验者优先；

3、熟悉商业前期策划定位和招商工作，熟悉商业项目品牌落位，善于品牌资源的拓展及维护；

4、有较丰富的连锁品牌商家资源，熟悉餐饮配套类招商优先；

5、较强的决策、分析和管理能力，思路清晰敏捷，沟通谈判力强。

6、熟练使用Excel、PPT、CAD软件；

7、工作积极，责任心强，有良好的服务意识与团队意识。

- On Site: We are partners of multiple themed parks which provide professional career experiences for children to sample. Providing planning advice for new cultural estate projects.
- Online: We provide clients with customized interactive websites, online communities and mobile phone games with implanted branding.
