主要工作职责：

1. 处理并跟踪所有客户每日下发的订单信息。
2. 负责与医院收货人协调沟通具体的送货事宜，以保证交货要求。
3. 及时处理客户的紧急/转运/退运订单,确保准时率和准确性。
4. 及时将订单信息录入ERP系统，确保录入信息的及时性和准确性。
5. 与仓库协调沟通发货事宜。
6. 与物流公司沟通货物在途信息，协调异常情况，确保订单跟踪的有效性。
7. 维护和整理全部订单信息，确保订单信息的完整性。
8. 领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，物流管理、医药相关专业优先。
2. 1年以上的订单管理经验，较强学习能力和逻辑思维，较好的数据分析和解决问题的能力。
3. 较强的人际沟通能力，有商务基础概念 ，与内外部业务伙伴进行有效的沟通。
4. 熟练掌握办公软件，特别是excel，熟悉ERP操作。
5. 责任心强，注重细节，能在压力下完成工作，具备诚信和团队精神的核心理念。

MAIN  RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Processes and follows-up on futures orders and daily orders form customers.
2. Be responsible for coordinating and communicating with hospital consignees to ensure delivery requirements.
3. Handle urgent/transshipment/return orders in time to ensure punctuality and accuracy.
4. Put the order into ERP system in time to ensure the timeliness and accuracy.
5. Coordination and communication with warehouse operation on delivery.
6. Communicate with logistics companies on-the-way information, coordinate abnormal situations, and ensure the effectiveness of order tracking.
7. Maintain and organize all orders to ensure the integrity of order information.
8. Other tasks arranged by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. College degree or above, logistics management and medicine is preferred.
2. At least 1 years of order management experience, strong learning ability and logic thinking , strong data analytical skills and problem solving skills.
3. Good interpersonal skills , basic commercial knowledge, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel, experience in ERP system.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, able to work under pressure, with integrity and team spirit of the core values.
