工作内容：

1. 负责内部团队的沟通以及英国团队的协调工作；
2. 支持汽车实验，如实验流程文件翻译、现场支持实验，实验数据管理等；
3. 部门流程管理等

实习生能力要求：

1. 英文读写能力熟练，掌握基础英文口语，能和外国人用英语正常沟通
2. 研究生及以上学历，车辆专业优先，NVH研究方向优先
3. 了解汽车、发动机和变速箱的基础结构，了解汽车基础产业常识
4. 了解噪声和振动基础，声学、力学和机械研究方向优先；
