The purpose of this position is to conduct data analysis and drive a data-oriented operation optimization ecosystem. Need to build a data report system covering Tmall, JD, VIP.com. Carry on data mining planning based on analysis model, providing accurate data reports to support and dig out the key findings.

• Have a good understanding of E commerce channel and closely monitor the sales performance on a regular basis to identify the optimization.
• Clearly understand the requirement aligned with E commerce needs and can set up a standard data report format or flow for tracking and implementing tracking tools (sales/customer/traffic data) as monitor monthly sellout/inventory in control.
• Have a good command of data analysis and generate report on business such as category, traffic, sales, including but not limited to data, customer growth and customer retention analysis.

Responsibilities

？   Assist to manage E commerce partner for daily operation relating to price policy execution and monitoring, promotion price, checking with policy and further following up.

？   Coordinate for Ecommerce operation issues relating to data, information, forecast, product assortment list collection if needed.

？   Apply good written and verbal communication skills in storytelling, supported by visualization of data, primarily focused on stakeholders in advanced analytics.

？   Tracking and analyze competitor’s sales data and build the database for further tracking.

？   Help to build and coordinate with data bank project.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors

？   More than 3-4 years' experience in data analysis, familiar with E commerce key channels.

？   Strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret high amount of data and the implications

？   Attention to detail & excellence pursuing.

？   Ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritize multiple tasks.

？   Thrive in a fast-paced on-time deliverable environment.

？   Strong communication skills to develop and build cooperative working relationship.

？   Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with analysis tool such as Access is preferred.  

？   Good written and verbal English.

Education

Bachelor's Degree required; major in Business/Mathematics/ IT is preferred.
