· Assist for guiding all service and bar personnel assigned in the restaurant in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.协助经理引导各岗位员工完成工作

· Responsible for the beverage cost; sets standard recipes for all beverages.负责所有酒水的成本及标准配方。

· Implements and enforces safety regulations and sanitation standards. Secures all storage areas for beverages.加强安全、内部规章制度及卫生标准；保持酒水仓库的安全。

· Assist for directing all efforts in the restaurant service and bar to achieve the financial goals of the outlet.协助经理管理餐厅服务和酒吧达到餐厅财务目标

· Assist for following up the implementation of the Policies and procedures in operating the restaurant.协助经理负责和跟进各部门按照公司标准运营

· Assist for checking the sufficiency of operating equipment and supplies for service and bar.协助经理检查设备，供应商，服务和酒吧等工作

· Assist for maintaining the sanitation standards in the outlet.协助经理维护餐厅卫生标准

· Assist for providing functional assistance to the staff during opening hours.协助经理对员工在餐厅运营阶段提供有效安排

· Assist for scheduling sufficient manpower in the outlet to suit volume of business in accordance with the budgeted manning.协助经理根据餐厅运营情况安排工作人员

· Assist for maintaining a clean and wholesome ambiance in the outlet, controlling room temperature, ventilation, lighting effects and music.协助经理使餐厅处在一个良好的状态
