RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Lead localization project (Screw Air Compressor) through New Product Development Process, work closely with global engineering team and local operation team to meet project QDC target

2.      Generate productivity ideas to drive legacy product cost done continuously

3.      Support field side quality issue resolving

4.      Engineering documentations (drawings, BOM, literature, etc) maintenance

5.      Work with quality team, service team trouble shooting in quality touch and 90 days warranty issues

6.      Technical support to marketing, sales & service team as needed

7.      Product deviation evaluation and approving

8.      Supplier assessment, qualify with sourcing together

9.      Process optimize to eliminate defects and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

1.      At least 5 years working experience or above on new product development in screw compressor product industry

2.      Bachelor degree or above. The major could be in mechanical, compressor or fluid.

3.      Good at theory knowledge and plentiful experience in mechanical design and manufacture. Include casting, machining, forging, sheet metal, welding, and so on.

4.      Have the design and maintain Air Compressor Rotary Airend a plus

5.      Fluent English level in writing, reading. Productive oral conversation

6.      Can well operate Pro-E for drawing design

7.      Good data management and analytical skills

8.      Good team work and communication skills.

9.      Knowledge of Lean tools, DFMEA and Six Sigma tools a plus

10.  Familiarity with PLM & ERP systems is highly desirable. Knowledge in the use of Windchill and Oracle is a plus.
