  Job Description:    

• Develop OEM business strategy and tactic plan for subject customers in China market. Implement in a proper manner to drive profitable growth in line with global growth priorities.

• Develop sales growth targets for OEM accounts; ensure they are reflected in the annual operating plans of China P&L;

•  Grow focused markets through industry expert sales teams, industry specific demand creation tactics, strategic accounts program and distribution network;

• Maintain a deep understanding of customer’s current & future needs & translate those in new product requirement.

• Manage and foster relationships with key customers.

• Increase customer conversion through selling skills development & demand creation excellence Talent Leadership

• Ensure to have the expertise needed to bring unique value to customers through training and coaching

• Provide sales and commercial leadership to the non-consolidated entities including overall customer strategy, APR approval guidance, and global organization support.

  

Qualification:    

• Bachelor degree or above

• At least 10 years commercial experience in the industrial

• Have solid experience in working or dealing with customers.

• At least 8 years managerial working experience;

• Proficiency in English, and Mandarin.

• Product identification /custom label experience preferred.

• Prefer to have the experience developing and cooperation with global OEM

• Strong communication skills, Self-motivated, results-orientated with strategic thinking;

• Demonstrate high energy and the ability to energize others.

• Motivates team members and peers with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Demonstrated acceptance and adherence to high ethical, moral and personal values.
