职位描述
Job title: Sales Manager
Reports to: Sales Director, Fabric
Working location: Shanghai
Job Purpose:
Supports the account management strategy and execution for a portion of a strategic national/international account. Responsible for account relationships, sales/profitability, and direct negotiations as appropriate.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop customers and business to achieve sales target
2. Establish and maintain close communication and cooperation with senior management of customers to consolidate business relations
3. Improve customer relations in every internal function, including quality, design, production, technology, project and finance, etc., so as to meet customer needs and collect automobile market information, including OEMs customers, competitors and major suppliers, and provide market reports to management, so as to develop the company's market and sales strategy
4. Set up sales strategies and lead the team to achieve sales targets
5. Be fully responsible for business and price negotiation, business process, signing of sales contracts, agreements for new product development pre-approved by the executive committee
6. Led stage 1 (proposal), worked closely with SDT team, provided necessary project information to SDT team, developed proposal and strategy
7. Support finance to prepare business plan
8. Review the quotation and offer to the customer
9. Negotiate with customers about product price, payment period, project investment, etc.
10. Lead business negotiations when engineering changes occur
Requirements:
11. Familiar with fabric manufacturing engineering and design, etc
12. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related
13. Have good business channels and resources related to fabrics
14. More than 5 years working experience in the automotive industry, experience in level 1 supplier is preferred
15. Experience in project tracking and project development management
16. Have strategic thinking ability and strong business sense
17. Excellent leadership ability to lead the team to obtain business
18. Excellent English listening, speaking and writing skills
19. Have systematic knowledge of business and product development.
20. Basic knowledge of finance, cost and law
