• Responsible for inspecting all types of cold welding parts

  负责检验各类冷作焊接件

• In the workshop, do the inspection for the parts in accordance with of technical requirements of the drawings, get the data and make records

  在生产现场按图纸技术要求对零部件进行检验，测出数据并做好记录

• If the parts and components are not matched with drawings, inform the workshop and the operator to stop operations

  检验时发现零部件产品与图纸不符时，通知车间及操作者停止作业

• For the finished products, if they are not inconsistent with the drawings, issue "failure notice" to the responsible department. For the big quality accident, it should be reported to the leadership

  对已完工产品经检验与图纸不符的开具“不合格通知单”交有关责任部门处理，对重大质量事故应及时向领导汇报

• Use and keep the measurement apparatus properly

  妥善妥善使用、保管本人使用的种类测量器具

• Comply with company’s rules and regulations

  遵守公司的各项规章制度

                        

• Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

任职要求：

  

• Technical School

  中专、技校

• Three to five years working experience

  3至5年工作经验

• No specific requirement for foreign language

  对外语没有明确要求

• No specific requirement for computer use

  对电脑操作没有明确要求

• Understand cold welding drawings, including different welding symbols

  熟悉看懂冷作焊接的图纸,包括各种焊接要求的符号

• Familiar with the requirements and specification of the cold welding process

  熟悉冷作焊接的工艺规范要求

• Familiar with the types, trademark, chemical composition, mechanical properties and weld ability of metal materials

  熟悉金属材料的种类,牌号,化学成分,机械性能和可焊性

• Familiar with the pressure vessel carbon plate standard (just like GB713, SA-516M or EN 10028.2)

  熟悉压力容器常用碳钢板规范（如GB713，SA-516M和EN10028.2）

• Familiar with the welding consumable which using in pressure vessel manufacturing.

  熟悉压力容器制造过程中常用的焊材

• Familiar with the parameters commonly used in welding and their affection to the quality

  熟悉常用焊接规范的参数及对焊接质量的影响

• Familiar with the correction and inspection method of the structural deformation

  熟悉结构件变形校正方法及检查方法

• Able to do visual inspection and use measure instrument to inspect the welding groove and weld appearance quality. And familiar with the requirement of international welding joints quality standard. (just like ISO 5817 etc.)

  能目测和使用量具检查焊接坡口及焊缝外观质量，熟悉焊接接头质量等级规范，例如ISO 5817等

• The working experience about welding inspection in pressure vessel shop is preferential.
