Key responsibilities & accountabilities：

Project Management: ？

- Use available Project Management tools to schedule and track project and resources. ？

- Drive project outcomes while maintaining Time, Scope, Resources, & Quality. ？

- Provide day to day supervision and work direction of project teams. ？

- Provide project/status reporting to appropriate Sponsors and internal project governance. ？

- Maintain and adhere to SOP and Change Management Standards. ？

- Provide input to Management on Associate performance for review purposes (indirect people leadership).

Financial Management: ？

- Develops project cost/financial objectives for inclusion in the business plan.

- Meet overall budget expectations. ？

- Ensure costs charged to the project are appropriate, complete, categorized properly and tracked. (capital vs. expense)

Risk Management: ？

-Do risk assessment of projects and systems for the business and provide contingency plans

KPIs: ？

Project delivery on time, ？ Quality delivery in full, ？ No Budget be over spent, ？ No accidents of the refurbishment projects

Skills & experiences：

- Good communication and negotiation skills to convince and persuade others to follow the course of action

- Strong execution skills

- Project Management skills

- Ability/autonomy in running projects within best practice project management constraints

- Ability to utilize Best Practice project management procedures available

- Fluency in Chinese and English.
