岗位描述：

1. Be familiar with welding equipment and know how to check it before use.

熟悉焊接设备的使用，并懂得设备使用前的例行检查以确认其状态是否完好；

2. Be responsible for the pre-fabrication, assembly and welding of Pressure Vessel shell with end cover, in-process self-inspection and communication with quality control team for inspection. And with capability and experience of repair welding according to relevant technical documentation and specification. 

负责压力容器封头与筒体的组对，焊接，自检和完工报检工作，并具备在工艺文件指导下独立完成压力容器焊缝缺陷的返修工作的 能力；

3. Be proficient in the operation of varied welding processes such as SAW, GMAW and GTAW. Be competent to the interpretation of Welding Procedure Specification and follow it strictly in the production, including but not limited to following: -Welding symbol interpretation; -Base metal and welding consumable identification; -Flux baking; -Preheating operation; -Back gouging and cleaning; -Team work with NDE personnel;

熟练操作埋弧焊、气体保护焊、氩弧焊等焊接方法。理解焊接工艺规程并严格执行包括但不限于以下： -焊接符号解读； -母材型号和焊材型号识别； -焊剂烘干操作； -焊缝预热作业； -清根作业； -配合NDE等；

4. To implement PWHT operation according to work instruction, and monitor process parameters & running status, and to feedback any abnormity to management timely; 

按热处理工艺要求实施产品焊后热处理作业，实时监控工艺参数和设备工作状态，并及时汇报异常情况；

 5. To check and request welding consumables periodically;

定期申报焊接所需的消耗品；

 6. To implement daily maintenance activity on welding equipment and raise repair request to

   management   when necessary;

执行焊接设备进行日常周期性维护， 或在故障时向管理层提出设备维修要求；

 7. Finish job at high quality according to drawing requirements.

根据图纸要求,保质保量完成生产任务.

任职要求：

1. Must Own operation skills of at least 1 or more welding processes including SAW, GMAW, and GTAW. Manual, semi-automatic or mechanized are all acceptable;

 必须具备以下一项或多项焊接方法的操作经验和能力：埋弧焊、气保焊和钨极氩弧焊，手工、半自动和机械式焊接作业技能均可；2. Proven working experience in the welding, fabrication and manufacturing of Pressure Vessel will be strong advantage, including ASME, PED and GB;

具备压力容器装配、焊接、制造经验者优先，包括美标，欧标和国标；

3. Basic drawing interpretation capability, or familiarity with pressure vessel quality requirements will be a plus;

具备基本识图能力，或对压力容器质量要求有着基本认识者优先；

4. In good physical condition and be flexible with night shift and over-time work;

身体健康，能适应倒班和加班作业；

5. Hold the Welding Certification

持有ISO-9606 焊接设备操作证
