Responsibilities and duties:

1. VM

· BS品牌专员，每月一次报告统计上传率、下载率、销售目标、销售达成率等数据

· Running Corner Guideline 每月一次制作及收集检查VR店铺反馈陈列照片

· 其他临时在VM内部发生需要支持的工作 不定期

2. Support VR

· 每周一次收集各区BD更新表，汇总后发给VR Forecasting Manager

· 每周一次CSR汇总

· 每周一次HC缺编收集并发给HR

· 每月25号统计下月DS和RM排班

· 每月25号完成下月VR团队的出差及休假计划收集

· 每月***周核对VR团队上月实际出差及休假

· 每月***周团购及temp上月实际产生汇总

· 合同及盖章跟进

· VR团队的各类申请及各类固定费用付款跟进

· VR内部各类会议及各类活动安排（trade show）

· 其他临时在VR内部发生需要支持的工作

Requirements:

· 熟练使用Windows和Office系列软件，熟悉Photoshop等软件

· 具备品牌VM相关工作经验1年以上

· 具有良好的管理能力和团队合作精神

· 具有良好的分析判断能力、理解执行能力和开拓创新能力

· 适应出差

· 具备英语沟通能力
