岗位职责： 

1.合理安排膜压木工车间的订单生产，确保按时完成交货； 

2.监督管理该车间的每道工序，严格按照工序标准执行，确保产品质量稳定并处于业内较高水平； 

3.每周汇报本木工车间订单生产交付情况，物料使用率，根据汇总信息给出合理建议以提升工厂效益； 

4.确保木工车间生产环境安全，干净整洁，有任何隐患随时向领导部门汇报；

任职要求： 

1.了解橱柜产品结构，并且熟练掌握膜压产品的各项木工工艺标准； 

2.认真严谨，有责任感，善于沟通协调，有较强的领导能力； 

3.有较强的读图能力，会cad制图者优先 （待遇从优），会word,excel的基本操作；

4.要求有相关工作经验，工厂位于上海奉贤；
