JOB PURPOSE

Provide business and administration support to the management team in office.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

1. Assist in the sales of orders and other related business activities，such as order fulfillment, shipment coordination, payment follow up, etc.
2. Assist sales manager to do routine maintenance and follow up, including document management;
3. Conduct marketing investigation including supermarket survey, competition information collection, and price comparison;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
5. Support office work and job from each department

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above;
2. Above 2 years relevant working experience;
3. Hands-on computer knowledge;
4. Good written & communication skill in English and Mandarin.
5. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner;
6. Passionate, patient and careful with initiative working attitude, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
