Incoming inspector/进来检验员

Necessary skill/必要技能

1. common measuring tools using skill ( caliper, micrometer, microheight etc.)/熟练使用通用量具（如卡尺，千分尺，高度尺等）

2. special measuring tools using skill( roughness tester, hardness tester, thickness tester etc.) 熟练使用如粗糙度测量仪，硬度计，厚度计等

3. 3D arm using skill/使用关节臂测量仪者优先

4. inspection skill (using different way to check the product)/具有使用各种方法检测产品的检验技能

5. knowledge in the materials/了解各种材料的性能

6. drawing understanding ability/ 读懂图纸

7. look up the information from handbook/知道如何查阅标准

Basic skill/基本技能

1. constructive suggestion to vendor/可以给供应商提供建设性建议

2. communication skill/良好的沟通能力

3. interpersonal skill/良好的人际处理能力

4. independent woking ability/独立工作的能力

5. implementation ( implement the work order from leaders)/执行力（服从主管的工作安排）

6. organization ( organize the measuring tool, work area and documents)组织力（管理好量检具，整理自己所在的工作区域以及管理好质量文件等）

Additional skill/期望能力

1. inspector license/拥有检验人员上岗证

2. electrict working license/电工证

3. forklift driving license/叉车证

4.            operate   machine /可操作机床
