ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Coordinate bidding activity among Engineering, Sales, Cost Estimating and Procurement on new proposal requests
2. Responsible for documentation of tenders. Coordinate and ensure that all documentations are technically responsive to client requirements and consistent with Company policies
3. Facilitate the development of bidding budgets, maintain and control bidding costs
4. Participate in the development of tools for bidding proposal to improve the effectiveness      
5. Consolidate bidding proposal and ensue the final quality and completeness
6. Update Bidding plan and report progress/status weekly
7. Organize tender project kick-off meeting
8. ** Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.
9. ** Other tasks assigned by the company

                                        

    

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level in engineering, business management or related field
2. Working experience: 5+ years job related experience in technology-based project business
3. Experience in the field of project management/execution, preferably in specific industries
4. Good presentation, organization, interpersonal and leadership skills
5. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, ability to understand customer and market requirements thoroughly
6. English and local language skills
7. PC skills
8. Office work environment and travel are both required
9. ** Good health is required

Founded in year 2001 in Shanghai, Bureau Veritas Consulting (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. is a part as an operation platform of Bureau Veritas Industry and Facilities Division which is a business line of Bureau Veritas Group, the leading international group providing certification, conformity assessment, training and consulting services in the fields of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Social Accountability (QHSE&SA). In year 2005 Bureau Veritas Consulting (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. sets up a branch which is called Bureau Veritas Consulting (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. Guangzhou Branch. Set up in year 2003 in Beijing, Falide Quality International Assessment Co., Ltd. also belongs to Industry and Facilities Division.
Our capability covered many markets such as construction, industry, energy, transport and services.
